Premium Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telehealth Program Director to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of our Telehealth programs.

As the Telehealth Program Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our telehealth initiatives, ensuring high-quality and accessible virtual healthcare services, enhancing the digital patient experience, and maximizing patient satisfaction and health outcomes. Your expertise in telehealth operations, telemedicine technologies, program management, change management, and cultural sensitivity will be instrumental in successfully rolling out these programs within our community.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive telehealth program strategy, encompassing virtual healthcare services, remote monitoring solutions, and digital patient experience enhancements, aligned with organizational goals.
· Identify, assess, and prioritize telehealth use cases, working closely with stakeholders to understand opportunities, challenges, and requirements.
· Plan, implement, and manage telehealth and telemedicine programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
· Design and document end-to-end user journeys and workflows for telehealth solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless and intuitive patient and provider experience.
· Evaluate and recommend telehealth technology solutions, platforms, and vendors based on quality, usability, and cost-effectiveness.
· Foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive telehealth program success.
· Monitor and optimize program performance through metrics and indicators.
· Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of telehealth professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve program objectives.
· Implement change management strategies for successful adoption of telehealth services.
· Implement and maintain robust privacy and security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
· Address cultural sensitivity and technology proficiency challenges in telehealth strategies.
· Drive patient and provider education and engagement initiatives to promote awareness, adoption, and satisfaction with telehealth and telemedicine services.
· Collaborate with marketing and communication teams for effective promotion of telehealth services.
· Monitor and address patient feedback and concerns related to telehealth and telemedicine services, ensuring a patient-centered approach to virtual care delivery.
· Prepare and present reports on program performance, outcomes, and opportunities to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
· 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
· Exempt from over-time
· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, health information management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, preferably in telehealth or telemedicine implementation.
· In-depth knowledge of telehealth and telemedicine operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and workflows, with the ability to integrate telehealth and telemedicine services seamlessly.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive program evaluation and decision-making.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Knowledge of privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA, and experience implementing measures to ensure compliance.

· Experience in design thinking and journey mapping methodologies to ensure a user-centric approach in designing telehealth solutions.
· Familiarity with telehealth and telemedicine technologies, platforms, and solutions, including electronic health records(EHRs), digital patient experience platforms, and interoperability between them.
· Change management expertise with a track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives.
· Cultural sensitivity and experience in working with communities that may have limited technology proficiency.
· Ability to develop and implement strategies to address technology barriers and promote successful telehealth adoption within the community.
