Premium Health is a group of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) comprised of four multi-specialty sites. Our dermatology department sits at our Pediatric practice in Brooklyn, but sees patients of all ages, pediatric to geriatric. The dermatology team is made up of one Dermatologist, MAs, and Scribes. The Dermatology Physician Assistant would work alongside the Dermatologist to see patients and provide care that is to our standards: Compassionate, Agile, Respectful, and Excellent.
Ideal candidates will enjoy working on a dedicated team to evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad variety of skin conditions, and be comfortable working in a high-volume patient setting. Patients typically present with warts, molluscum, acne, skin cancers, and infections. The Physician Assistant would also conduct skin screening examinations, perform skin biopsies and small procedures, and provide education for dermatology patients and their families.
