Premium Health is seeking outstanding Maintenance Technician candidates.

With 4 established sites and more under development, the maintenance technician will ensure that all Premium Health daily operations are unimpeded, as well as guide staff and management through any building issues that arise. As a Maintenance Technician at Premium Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: .  

Time Commitment:
  • Full Time, Monday-Thursday 9 AM- 5 PM, Fridays 9 AM-1 PM
  • Ability to respond to emergencies outside of working hours


Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sites adhere to the Department of Health Standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintenance Support: Respond promptly to service tickets and inquiries related to maintenance issues, addressing them efficiently and effectively.
  • Repairs and Installations: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment, systems, and fixtures within the facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing new equipment as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with and oversee various vendors for maintenance-related services, ensuring high-quality work and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supply Management: Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels, and promptly order supplies and materials required for maintenance tasks for multiple locations.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct weekly walkthroughs of all our sites to assess the condition and functionality of facilities, identifying and addressing any maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is mandatory, as this role involves travel between multiple locations.

Preferred:

Salary commensurate with experience, $22-$28 per hour
